Signing

On the 9th of November 2017 representatives of ASI Ukpo Hospitals Ltd led by retired Brig. Gen. Anthony Ukpo, the Chairman, signed a management agreement with Healthshare Integrated Solutions Limited, a hospital management company based in South Africa. 

The partnership is for the management of ASI Ukpo Hospitals consisting of ASI Ukpo Diagnostics & Medical Centre locations in Calabar and Ogoja and the soon to be commissioned ASI Ukpo Comprehensive Cancer Centre located in Calabar, Cross River State.

Commencement

The team from Healthshare Integrated Services commenced operations at the Centre on the 4th of May 2018. Mr. Frank Sullivan, Dr. Tony de Coito and Miss Mignonette Crause made up the team that came from Healthshare to resume operations at ASI Ukpo Hospitals.
